The Coolum Project
The challenge was set to incorporate and blend a 9 bedroom residence on a 7000 plus m2 allotment on this lush location.
We have accepted the challenge teamed up with an award winning architect and are now building the areas most exclusive residence.
We have enabled a lap lane pool that that gives the user a knockout view and the opportunity to swim in line with the lands treetops.
At the end of the Cul De Sac is Coolum Beaches lookout Pavilion which offers free breathtaking views.
Gippsland Lakes Project
A private retreat perched in a Court to front of the property and backs onto its own jetty and mooring for private boat access to the lakes and beaches.
